Our role is strictly supportive.
We do not exercise enforcement authority and we do not replace local institutions.
All activities are conducted within host country legal frameworks and in coordination with recognized partners.
Non-Armed Policy
ZT maintains a strict non-armed operational position.
We do not:
• Carry firearms in the context of ZT missions
• Participate in armed enforcement operations
• Engage in coercive activities
• Substitute law enforcement authorities
Our engagement remains strictly supportive and methodological.
Defined Scope of Engagement
ZT activities may include:
• Volunteer preparation and structured training
• Mission planning and coordination support
• Risk awareness frameworks
• Logistical assistance
• Ethical safeguards integration
• Structured briefing and debriefing protocols
ZT does not conduct arrests, tactical interventions or enforcement operations.
Legal Compliance
ZT operates under:
• Host country legal systems
• French non-profit organizational framework
• Internal code of conduct
• Defined governance oversight

Right of Withdrawal
